Ingredients
2 nos Tomatoes
1/2 no capsicum
1 no Shallot
1/2 no cucumber
1 no Garlic
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp crushed peppercorns
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 slice Bread (croutons)
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients together to make a fine paste in thick consistency
2. check the seasoning and put it in refrigerate for 2 hours
3. Serve it chill with croutons
