Ingredients
5 nos Tortillas ( 250 gm Refined flour, Salt, 2 tbsp oil, water )
For Marination
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Filling
1/2 kg chicken breast
2 tbsp oil (or) olive oil
1/2 no onion ( chopped)
3 nos garlic ( minced)
1 red capsicum ( diced )
3 nos Beans
1/2 cup water
2 cups cooked rice
100 gm frozen corn
2 tbsp shredded cheese
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Method
Tortillas
1. Make a dough with above tortillas ingredients
2. Roll it out like chappati then cook it in a pan or griddle
Chicken Stuffing
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, cumin powder, oregano, pepper powder chilli powder and onion powder for 30 mins
2. Roast the chicken and beans then chopped it
3. Heat oil, add the garlic and onion then saute it well, add capsicum and fried beans
4. Add the chopped chicken and water, stir and cook it for 2 mins to make thick sauce texture
5. Place the tortillas, put cooked rice one layer, place the chicken above the rice
6. Place the corn and cheese above the chicken
7. Roll the tortillas with stuffing, wrap it with aluminum foil then bake it for 10 mins at 180℃
8. Serve it with salsa or avocado sauce
