Ingredients
70 gm Butter
120 gm flour
60 gm Powdered Sugar
1 no Egg white
1/4 tsp baking powder
30 gm Cashew nuts
Method
1. Cream the butter and sugar well till fluffy
2. Add the egg white then cream it well
3. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the cream, add the broken cashew nuts
4. Mix it well and make dough
5. Roll it and cut with desired shape then bake at 180 C for 20 mins
