Thai green curry chicken / chicken green curry / green chicken curry


Ingredients 

 500 gm Chicken 

2 cups ( 400 ml) Coconut milk

1 no chopped Onion

2 tbsp Green curry paste ( See in search) 

100 ml Water 

4 nos Lemon leaves 

100 gm chopped Beans

1 tsp fish sauce 

1 tbsp Lemon juice 

1 tsp Lemon rind

3 tsp brown sugar 

coriander leaves for garnish 

Method 

1. Bring to boil the coconut milk for 10 mins 

2. Heat the oil in kadai then add the onion and curry paste then saute it well 

3. Add the chicken pieces make it as like stir fry for 5 mins 

4. Pour the boiled coconut milk, lemon leaves and chopped beans, leave it to cook for 10 mins 

5.  Take out from fire then add the lemon juice, fidh sauce, rind and sugar, then stir it well

6. Garnish with coriander leaves. serve with steamed rice
