Tahtiian chicken saute

Ingredients 

1/2 kg Chicken 

100 gm Pineapple ( diced)

100 ml Orange juice 

50 gm Diced Papaya 

50 gm Mango (diced )

1 no lemon 

20 gm Brown sugar 

1 tbsp Soy sauce 

1 tbsp Butter 

1/2 tbsp Cornflour 

Method 

1. Marinate the chicken with salt and lemon juice for 15 mins 

2. Heat the butter and roast the chicken 

3. Transfer the chicken in baking tray and bake it for 10 mins at 180 c

4. Heat the sauce pan and boil the orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce and thick the sauce with diluted cornflour with water 

5. Take out the chicken from oven and add the cut fruits, sauce over it 

6. Again cook it for 10 mins 

7. Chicken Serve it with fruits and sauce
