Sauteed Vegetables

 Ingredients 

100 gm Cabbage ( shredded) 

100 gm broccoli 

50 gm Beans ( 2 inch length) 

50 gm Carrot ( 2 inch length)

1 tbsp oil 

1 tsp minced garlic 

1/2 tsp Bean sauce 

1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce 

1/2 tsp soy sauce 

1/2 tsp sugar 

Method 

1. Blanch the broccoli, beans and carrot. strain and keep it aside  

2. Heat the oil in wok, add the garlic and saute till light brown colour 

3. Add the cabbage, broccoli, beans and carrot then saute it well 

4. Add the bean sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar, stir fry and cook it till tender
