Pisang Goreng

 Ingredients 

4 nos Ripe banana

1 cup Rice flour 

2 tbsp Corn flour 

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 

1/2 tsp Baking powder 

1/4 tsp Baking Soda 

1/2 tsp Salt 

100 ml Oil ( for fry)

Method 

1. Make the thick batter with above all ingredients except Banana and oil

2. Cut the banana into long strips 

3. Heat the oil for fry the bananas

4. Dip the bananas into batter and fried it till crispy

5.  Serve with chocolate dip or coffee
