Ingredients
300 gm Refined flour
30 gm Sugar
150 ml Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Butter
8 gm Yeast
2 ml Vanilla essence
Method
1. Soak the yeast into the warm water with little sugar
2. In vessel take refined flour, sugar, fat, salt and butter then mix it well
3. Add the soaked yeast into it
4. Gradually pour the milk and make the very soft dough, keep it aside for fermentation
5. After fermentation make a even sized balls and place it tray
6. After proofing, apply the milk above the balls then bake it in oven for 20 mins at 200 c
7. Brush the butter above the baked buns for shiny look
