Nasi Goreng / malaysian nasi goreng

 Ingredients 

1 cup Basmati rice 

2 nos eggs 

50 gm long beans 

50 gm boneless chicken ( shredded ) 

5 nos Prawns ( cut into half) 

20 ml Oil 

100 gm shallots 

5 nos garlic 

1 no chopped red chilli

1 no sliced red chilli

1 tbsp tomato puree 

1 tbsp ketch up 

1 tbsp soy sauce 

2 nos spring onion ( chopped )

Garnish 

1/2 cucumber

 1/2 tomatoes 

1 tbsp fried onion  

Method 

1. Boil the rice and dry it aside 

2. Make the plain omelette with eggs and cut into shredded 

3. Boil the beans in salted water 

4. Heat the oil and stir fry the chicken and prawn 

5. Add the shallots. garlic, chillies, beans and tomato puree then saute it well 

6. Add the boiled rice, soy sauce, ketch up, omelette then tossed it well and serve with garnish
