Mie goreng

 Ingredients 

250 gm Noodles 

1 tbsp Ketchup

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp oyster sauce 

1 tsp Chilli sauce 

1 tbsp Sesame oil 

1 tbsp Oil 

1 no egg 

2 nos garlic 

50 gm chicken 

5 nos Prawns 

1 cup Cabbage 

1 tbsp Beansprouts 

1 no Spring onion

Method 

1. Boil the noodles, strain and keep it aside 

2.  Make the plain omelette and cut into ribbons 

3. Heat the oil then add chopped garlic, chicken and prawn, saute it for 5 mins 

4. Add the cabbage and beansprouts, toss it for 2 mins

5. Add the Noodles, sauces and egg ribbons then toss it and cook for 5 mins in high flame

6. Serve hot immediately.
