Bubur cha- cha

 


Ingredients 

200 ml coconut milk 

100 gm sugar 

1/2 tsp vanilla essence 

200 ml hot water 

150 gm tapioca 

30 gm Rice flour 

1/2 tsp salt 

Red food colour 

green food colour 

Method 

1. mix the coconut milk, sugar, vanilla essence 

2. Pour the hot water stir it well 

3. Boiled tapioca or tapioca flour, rice flour, salt and stir it well without lumps 

4. Divide into equal portions and add colour 

5. In steamer place the baking tray and pour the batter of one layer then close it to cook for 2 mins 

6. Pour the second colour layer and do the same for third and other multiple layers 

7. Repeat the same procedure and steam it 

8. Cut and serve hot or chilled
