Ingredients
250 gm Eggplants ( Brinjal)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
1 cup water
Salt - to taste
1 no onion
2 nos Garlic
2 nos Fresh red chillies
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Method
1. Cut the brinjal into thin strip slices
2. Apply the lime juice, salt and oil
3. Fry the brinjals in tawa
4. slice the onion, chop the garlic, cut into thin strips of red chillies
5. Heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic and red chillies
6. Add the fried brinjals, water soy sauce, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 mins, till it turns glossy texture
7. Check the salt and Serve hot
