Ingredients Used
500 gm Chicken Breast fillets
2 inch galangal
2 cups ( 400 ml ) coconut milk
1 cup ( 200 ml) chicken Stock water
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp brown sugar
10 gm Coriander leaves
1 tsp fish sauce
Method
1. Slice the galangal then mix with coconut milk and stock water, bring to boil for 10 mins
2. Add the chicken and chilli flakes and cook it for 10 mins
3. Add the fish sauce and brown sugar mix it well then cook it for 2 mins
4. Finally garnished with coriander leaves then serve immediately
