Ingredients
Yeast Dough
250 gm Wheat Flour
20 gm Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
5 gm Yeast
1/2 tsp Vanilla powder
Water - to mix
Stuffing
1 no Onion Chopped
1 no Carrot chopped
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 no Capsicum chopped
50 gm Green peas
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt - to taste
20 ml oil
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
30 gm Cheese ( optional)
Method
1. Soak the yeast in luke warm water with little sugar
2. Measure the refined flour, sugar, salt and vanilla powder then mix it together
3. Add the soaked yeast into the flour and gradually pour the water to make a very soft dough then leave it to fermentation
4. Prepare the stuffing with all the above chopped vegetables
5. Heat the oil in kadai then add the chopped onion, saute it well
6. Add the ginger garlic paste then saute it well till without raw smell
7. Add all chopped vegetables, salt, chilli powder, curry powder, coriander powder and water then leave it till tender and dry
8. Divide the dough into 2 balls, flatten the sides of the dough then stuff the stuffing in center
9. Close the dough into balls then make it flatten like coconut bun
10. Bake it for 15 mins at 200 ̊C
