Genoese Sponge

Ingredients 

100 gm flour 

115 gm Sugar 

4 nos Egg 

2 gm Baking powder 

2 ml pineapple Essence 

30 gm Melted butter 

Method  

1. sieve the flour with baking powder.

2. Melt the fat and cool

3. Beat the egg till it get foam 

4. Add the sugar gradually and essence, keep on beating the eggs till the mixture stands in a peak

5. Add the flour gradually and fold it with disturb the foam

6. After folding the flour, add the melted fat 

7. Mix it carefully and add the remaining flour in the same way
