Swiss Butter cookies



Ingredients

115 gm refined flour

30 gm Powdered sugar

115 gm butter

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

10 nos Paper cups

2 tbsp Jam

Method

1. Cream the butter, vanilla essence and sugar into very soft and creamy

2. Sieve the flour into the cream and make a very soft dough

3. Put it into the piping bag with star nozzle

4. Squeeze out into paper cups with muffin mould

5. Drop the jam on top of cookies

6. Bake it for 20 mins at 170 ℃
