Red velvet Cupcakes



Ingredients

80 gm butter

150 gm powdered sugar

180 ml milk

½ tsp vinegar

1 tsp vanilla essence

¼ cup water

150 gm refined flour ( maida )

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

Salt – a pinch

1 ½ tsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp red colour (liquid)

For Cream

125 gm cream cheese

35 gm castor sugar

½ tsp lemon juice

25 gm water

1 tsp gelatin

50 gm white chocolate

150 ml whipping cream

Method

1. Boil the milk and cool it till warm then add the vinegar

2. cream the butter, sugar powder, colour and vanilla essence

3. pour the milk into the cream then mix it well

4. Pour the water also into the cream it looks like curdle

5. Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder

6. Fold the flour and make it as a batter

7. Drop the batter into the cup cake mould or muffin mould then bake it for 25 min at 180 ℃

8. Cream the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and water

9. Add the melted gelatine and white chocolate into the cream, mix it well

10. Finally add the whipping cream like fluffy into the cream mixture

11. Decorate the velvet cake with cream and serve
