Focaccia Bread


Ingredients

250 gm flour

6 gm yeast

10 gm sugar

80 ml olive oil

½ onion

½ tomato

½ capsicum

2 tbsp grated cheese

5 nos chopped garlic

1 tbsp chilli flakes

Method

1. Soak the yeast into water with sugar

2. Mix the flour yeast and water to make a very soft dough, sprinkle the salt in oil then rough the dough well for 10 mins

3. Leave it for fermentation for 20 mins

4. After fermentation punch the dough

5. apply the oil in tray then add the chopped garlic, chilli flakes and place the dough above it and make finger press

6. Leave again 10 mins for fermentation

7. Turn out the dough and make a finger press, again leave it for 10 mins

8. Again do the same process for 3 times same 10 mins interval

9. Finally add the chopped onion, tomatoes, capsicum on above then bake it for 180 ℃ for 30 mins
