Chocolate chip cookies/ chico chip cookies

Ingredients

120 gm Refined flour
25 gm cocoa powder
75 gm butter
60 gm powdered sugar
60 gm Brown Sugar
1 no Egg white
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 gm salt
2 gm baking soda
50 gm chopped dark chocolate
30 gm choco chip

Method

1.Cream the fat and sugar cream it well then add the brown sugar make it well creamed stage

2. Add the salt, vanilla essence and egg white

3. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda in the cream then make it as soft dough

4. Spinkle the chopped chocolate and choco chip in the dough and rest it for 10 mins

5. Make it in even sized ball or measure, press the balls slightly then bake it for 20 mins at 180 C
