Ingredients
For dough
250 gm Refined flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast
100 ml water
Base Sauce
6 nos Tomato
6 Garlic
2 Bay leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Topping
200 gm boneless Chicken
2 no onion ( 2 cup)
1 no Capsicum
1 no bay leaf
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Chilli flakes or crushed
50 gm mozzarella cheese
METHOD
1.In vessel take 2 cup of refined flour and 1 tbsp of yeast in separate container then add the Luke warm water for better fermentation
3. In the flour mixture add the soaked yeast then pour the water little by little to make a very soft dough
4. leave it for 20 mins for fermentation
5. Heat the butter then add the chopped garlic and bay leaf roast it light brown colour
10. Remove from oven then apply the base sauce
13. Bake it for 5 mins at 150 C only on top mode
The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt fail me just as much as this one. I mean, Yes, it was my choice to read through, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of complaining about something that you could possibly fix if you werent too busy searching for attention.
