Ingredients
80 gm refined flour
20 gm cocoa powder
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 ml Soda water
40 gm Sugar
50 ml condensed milk (milkmaid)
50 gm chocolate
Method
- Cream the fat and sugar then make as fluffy cream
- Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda into the cream
- Pour the soda water in the batter and mix it well
- Pour the batter into cake tray and baked it for 30 mins at 170 C
- After baked, cool it and crush the cake then add the condensed milk and chocolate
- Mix it and make it even sized balls then fix it with toothpick, coated with chocolate dip
