Cake pops



Ingredients

80 gm refined flour

20 gm cocoa powder

2 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla essence

100 ml Soda water

40 gm Sugar

50 ml condensed milk (milkmaid)

50 gm chocolate

Method

  1. Cream the fat and sugar then make as fluffy cream
  2. Sieve the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda into the cream
  3. Pour the soda water in the batter and mix it well
  4. Pour the batter into cake tray and baked it for 30 mins at 170 C
  5. After baked, cool it and crush the cake then add the condensed milk and chocolate
  6. Mix it and make it even sized balls then fix it with toothpick, coated with chocolate dip
