Ingredients
60 gm Oats
60 gm Flaxseeds
30 gm Cornflour
50 gm wheat Flour
125 gm Fat or butter
1 no egg white
1 /2 cap vanilla essence
Method
1.Roast the flax seeds and make it powder
2. crush the Oats and keep it aside
3. Measure the fat and sugar make it cream
4. Add the vanilla essence and egg white then mix it till fluffy
5. Add the wheat flour, flax seeds powder, oats and cornflour into the cream and make it soft dough
6. Rest for 10 mins then divided into small ball and flatten it with palm
7. Bake it at 180 c for 20 mins
The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt fail me just as much as this one. I mean, Yes, it was my choice to read through, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of complaining about something that you could possibly fix if you werent too busy searching for attention.
