Ingredients
88 gm Refined Flour
96 gm Butter
2 nos Eggs
96 gm Sugar
45 ml Milk
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest or orange zest
Lemon Essence - Few drops
For Caramel Topping
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Method
1. Cream the butter and powdered sugar in fine and fluffy consistency
2. Break the egg and beat it well
3. Add the grated zest and essence, Gradually pour the milk and mix
4. At the same time gradually add the flour into it
5. Grease the mould and pour the batter into it
6. Bake it at 170 c for 25 mins
7. cool it and served with caramel topping
