Ingredients
100 gm Flour
40 gm Custard Powder
70 gm fat
60 gm Sugar
1 no Egg white
1 /4 tsp Baking powder
few drops - Butter scotch essence
Method
1. Cream the fat and sugar in vessel till it fluffy
2. Pour the essence and mix it well
3. Add the egg white into the cream and beat it well
4. Add the custard powder and mix it
5. Add the refined flour and baking powder into it, mix it and make a soft dough
6. Use the hand to make a round balls of even size, then press it slightly, arrange it in tray
7. Use the fork to make a design on the flat cookies
8. Bake the cookies at 180 ℃ for 20 mins
The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt fail me just as much as this one. I mean, Yes, it was my choice to read through, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of complaining about something that you could possibly fix if you werent too busy searching for attention.
