Coconut Bun






Ingredients





250 gm Refined flour





20 gm Sugar





1/2 tbsp Vanilla powder or Vanilla essence





20 gm Fat or oil





5 gm Yeast





1/4 tsp Salt





Stuffing





1 no Coconut





1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder





30 gm Sugar





10 gm Tutty fruity





10 gm Raisins





Method





  1. Measure all the ingredients in one vessel except yeast, mix it together
  2. Measure the yeast in separate cup pour the luke warm water then mix it well
  3. Gradually pour the water to make the very soft dough








4. Leave it for 20 mins for fermentation





5. Grate the coconut then roasted in kadai then add the sugar into it





6. sugar form it as a melting watery consistency then add the tutty fruity and raisins





7. After fermented the dough, punch it and divide into equal size









8. Make the dig in center of the dough and stuff the coconut mixture then close the edges

















9. Roll out the dough in flat





10. Garnish with tutty fruity









11. leave it for 10 mins for proofing









12. Bake it at 200 degree C
