Ingredients
300 gm Wheat flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Water - to mix
50 ml Oil
Method
1. In a bowl, take a wheat flour mix the salt well
2. Gradually pour the water to make a soft dough, rest the dough for 15 mins
3. Divide the dough into equal sized balls
4. Roll the balls into round shape and apply oil on surface
5. fold it into zig zag method, then rolled it into round like parota
6. Again rolled it into flat shape, then cook it in griddle on both sides.
7. Serve it with veg or Non veg gravy
