Sweet Rusk


ingredients





250 gm Refined flour





30 gm Sugar





5 gm Yeast





5 gm Milk powder





Salt - a pinch





4 gm Vanilla powder or essence





Water - to mix





Method





1.Soak the yeast in Luke warm water





2. Measure the refined flour in separate vessel, add salt, sugar, vanilla powder and milk powder





3. Mix it well then add the soaked yeast, gradually pour the water and make soft dough





4. Leave it 20 mins for fermentation





5. After fermentation punch it and roll like bread





6. Place it on tray and leave it for proofing





7. Bake it at 200 ℃ for 20 mins





8. After baking cool it for 15 mins and then slice the bread





9. Arrange it on tray and bake it at 180 ℃ for 15 mins.





10. Cool it and store in air tight container
