Ingredients
200 gm Flour
1/2 tsp salt
Water - to mix
20 gm Fat ( for mixing)
100 gm Fat ( for folding )
1 ml Lemon
FOR STUFFING
3 no Onion
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
coriander leaves - few
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except water
- Gradually pour the water to make a dough, knead it well
- Cover the dough and leave it for 1/2 an hour
- Make the stuffing with onion - Saute the chopped onion in oil
- Add the ginger garlic paste, saute it well.
- Add the masalas
- Saute it well till dry
- Sheet the dough and apply the fat in it.
- Fold the sheet into 4 times
- Again roll the dough and apply the fat, Again fold the dough four times and make a sheet
- Cut the sheet into small circles
- Keep the stuffing in the center, apply the water on sides and place the another circle above it then seal it
- Keep it on the tray and bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 20 mins

I mean, Yes, it was my choice to read through, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of complaining about something that you could possibly fix if you werent too busy searching for attention.
