Ingredients





50 gm Cinnamon





10 gm Cloves





15 gm Cardamom





10 gm Star anise





5 gm Nutmeg





5 gm mace





5 gm Black cardamom





5 gm Peppercorns





5 gm cumin





Method





  1. Dry the above ingredients in sunlight or roasted slightly in low flame
  2. After cooling, Grind the roasted ingredients
  3. Make it as a fine powder and store it in airtight container, whenever is needed use for gravies
