Coffee Mousse

Ingredients

2 nos Egg yolks or Whole eggs

50 gm Sugar

100 ml Milk

25ml Fresh cream

5 gm Gelatin

10 gm Instant coffee powder

Method

1. Beat the egg with powdered sugar and milk

2. In double boil method thick the mixture, melt the gelatin and pour it

3. Leave it 10 mins for cooling

4. Mix the instant mixture with little milk and pour it over the mixture

5. Beat the cream into thick consistency then fold with above mixture

6. Transfer into mold then keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins

7. serve it chill
