Aloo Gobi / Alu gobi


Ingredients





3 nos Potatoes





1 no Cauliflower





1 no onion chopped





1 no tomatoes Chopped





1 tsp ginger garlic paste





2 nos greenchillies ( slit )





2 tbsp coriander leaves





1/2 tsp salt





30 ml oil





1/2 tsp turmeric powder





1 tsp garam masala





1/2 tsp cumin





1/2 tbsp coriander powder





1 tsp Chilli powder





1 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri methi)





Method





  1. cut the cauliflower and put it in hot water and leave it for 5 mins, then drain the water and keep it aside
  2. Cut the potatoes in cubes
  3. make the ginger garlic paste and other pre- preparations
  4. Heat the oil and add cumin and ginger garlic paste
  5. add the chopped onion and stir it well
  6. Add the salt, cauliflower and potatoes then cover it and cook it well
  7. Next add the chopped tomatoes and kasuri methi and other masalas
  8. Finally garnish with coriander leaves
