Ingredients
3 nos Potatoes
1 no Cauliflower
1 no onion chopped
1 no tomatoes Chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 nos greenchillies ( slit )
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tsp salt
30 ml oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Dry fenugreek leaves ( Kasuri methi)
Method
- cut the cauliflower and put it in hot water and leave it for 5 mins, then drain the water and keep it aside
- Cut the potatoes in cubes
- make the ginger garlic paste and other pre- preparations
- Heat the oil and add cumin and ginger garlic paste
- add the chopped onion and stir it well
- Add the salt, cauliflower and potatoes then cover it and cook it well
- Next add the chopped tomatoes and kasuri methi and other masalas
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves
