Ingredients





For Batter





1 Cup Refined flour ( maida )





1/4 Cup Corn flour





Saffron pinch





1/4 cup Curd





Salt pinch





Ghee for fry





For Syrup





150 gm Sugar





100 ml water





4 nos Cardamom





1/2 lemon





Saffron - pinch





For Garnish





3 nos Almonds





3nos pista





Method





  1. 1. Make the batter with above ingredients
  2. 2. Make a thick syrup with above ingredients
  3. 3. Pour the batter in muslin cloth or piping bag
  4. 4. Fry it in ghee
  5. 5. Take out the fried jelabi's and dip it into syrup for 3 mins
  6. 6. Take out from syrup and arrange it in plate, garnish with chopped almonds and pasta.
