Ingredients
For Batter
1 Cup Refined flour ( maida )
1/4 Cup Corn flour
Saffron pinch
1/4 cup Curd
Salt pinch
Ghee for fry
For Syrup
150 gm Sugar
100 ml water
4 nos Cardamom
1/2 lemon
Saffron - pinch
For Garnish
3 nos Almonds
3nos pista
Method
- 1. Make the batter with above ingredients
- 2. Make a thick syrup with above ingredients
- 3. Pour the batter in muslin cloth or piping bag
- 4. Fry it in ghee
- 5. Take out the fried jelabi's and dip it into syrup for 3 mins
- 6. Take out from syrup and arrange it in plate, garnish with chopped almonds and pasta.
