120 gm Refined flour
70 gm Fat
70 gm Sugar
10 gm Milk powder
Pineapple essence - few drops
30 ml water
1/2 lemon
Jam - 20 gm
Method
- Mix the lemon juice and essence in water then keep it aside
- Cream the fat then add the milk powder and flour into it
- Gradually pour the water mixture into it to make a thick batter
- Transfer the batter into piping bag with star nozzle
- Make a designed cookies by squeezing the piping bag on baking tray
- Make a small dip in center and drop the jam
- Bake it 20 mins at 180 ℃
