White Chocolate Mousse


Ingredients





2 no Egg Yolk





100 ml Milk





50 gm Powdered Sugar





10 gm Gelatin





30 gm White Chocolate





2 tbsp Choco chip





Method





  1. Beat the egg yolk well with Powdered Sugar
  2. Pour the luke warm milk into the egg mixture, then beat it well
  3. Cook it in double boil method
  4. It reach thick consistency remove from fire then add the grated white chocolate
  5. Gelatin put it in warm water then mix it well, then pour it over the mixture
  6. Take a glass, then pour mixture in one layer, another layer choco chip again another layer white chocolate mixture
  7. Keep it in refrigerator for 15 mins
  8. Serve it chill
