Ingredients
Wheat Flour - 200 gm
Fat - 100 gm
Sugar - 100 gm
Baking Powder - 2 gm
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 cap
Milk - 40 ml
Method
- Sieve the flour, mix the baking powder into it
- Cream the fat and Powdered sugar.
- Fold the flour and mix to a soft dough
- Sheet the dough on a floured table into desired thickness and cut into desired shape
- Arrange it on a clean tray and leave 1 inch space between the pieces for spreading
- Bake it at 170 c for 20 mins
