Wheat Biscuits / Wheat Cookies / Whole wheat Cookies


Ingredients





Wheat Flour - 200 gm





Fat - 100 gm





Sugar - 100 gm





Baking Powder - 2 gm





Vanilla Essence - 1/2 cap





Milk - 40 ml





Method





  1. Sieve the flour, mix the baking powder into it
  2. Cream the fat and Powdered sugar.
  3. Fold the flour and mix to a soft dough
  4. Sheet the dough on a floured table into desired thickness and cut into desired shape
  5. Arrange it on a clean tray and leave 1 inch space between the pieces for spreading
  6. Bake it at 170 c for 20 mins
