Pineapple Biscuits / Pineapple Cookies


Ingredients





200 gm Refined flour





100 gm Fat





1 ml Vanilla essence





2 gm Baking powder





10 ml Water





1 no egg White





2 gm Milk powder





Salt - a Pinch





1 ml Pineapple Essence





Yellow colour





Method





  1. Cream the fat and powdered sugar
  2. Add beaten eggs gradually and cream it well
  3. Add salt and water to make a creamed mixture
  4. Add essence and colour
  5. fold the refined flour then mix it gently to make a smooth dough
  6. Sheet the dough on a floured table into desired thickness and cut with cutter
  7. Arrange it on a prepared tray and bake it at 180 c for about 20 mins
