Spicy Potatoes


Ingredients





200 gm Potatoes





2 nos Onions





2 tsp Chilli powder





5 gm  Tamarind





3 tbsp Coconut oil





1 tbsp Grated Coconut





Salt – to taste





Method





  1. Boil and peel the potatoes, cuts into cubes
  2. Fry Chopped onions in coconut oil till light brown
  3. Add potatoes to fried onions
  4. Grind chillipowder, tamarind and grated coconut to a fine paste
  5. Add the ground paste to potatoes and cook in a slow fire till gravy is thick
