Ingredients
200 gm Potatoes
2 nos Onions
2 tsp Chilli powder
5 gm Tamarind
3 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Grated Coconut
Salt – to taste
Method
- Boil and peel the potatoes, cuts into cubes
- Fry Chopped onions in coconut oil till light brown
- Add potatoes to fried onions
- Grind chillipowder, tamarind and grated coconut to a fine paste
- Add the ground paste to potatoes and cook in a slow fire till gravy is thick
