Sooji Hulwa






Ingredients





100 gm Semolina





100 gm Sugar





40 ml Ghee





4 nos Cardamoms





1 tbsp Cashewnuts





1 tbsp Raisins





200 ml Water





Method





  1. Melt ghee and roast semolina till light brown colour
  2. Add hot water and mix it well, heat it for 2 mins
  3. Add sugar and mix well, add powdered cardamom
  4. Cook it for 5 minutes till all the sugar melts
  5. Fry the cashew nuts and raisins in ghee, pour it over in halwa, mix well and serve
