Ingredients





4 nos Bread slices





200 gm Sugar





250 ml Milk





2 nos Cardamom





Safforn a Pinch





1 tbsp ( 10 gm ) Cashewnuts





5 nos Pista





3 nos cherry





Oil – to fry





Method





  1. Cut the bread slices into triangle
  2. Heat oil and fry the slices of  bread, make it as light brown colour
  3. Saffron add into hot milk to make it as yellow colour
  4. Boil the milk and simmer to reduce into half with crushed cardamom
  5. Add sugar and mix it well to make thick condensed milk, pour the saffron water into it.
  6. Prepare the thick sugar syrup and dip the fried bread into it, Arrange fried bread in a tray, pour the rabri ( Prepared milk) above the bread
  7. Garnish with chopped pista, cashew nuts and cherry.
