Ingredients
100 gm Semolina
100 gm Sugar
50 ml Ghee
½ no Coconut
10 ml Milk
3 nos Cardamoms
Method
- Grate coconuts are dry in kadai in slow flame
- Roast Semolina in fat, sprinkle milk
- Stir well and remove from fire
- Mix the semolina with roasted coconut and powdered cardamom
- Add a little water to sugar and make a sticky syrup
- Mix it well with sugar syrup and make it small even size balls
