Semolina Ladoo






Ingredients





100 gm Semolina





100 gm Sugar





50 ml Ghee





½ no Coconut





10 ml Milk





3 nos Cardamoms





Method





  1. Grate coconuts are dry in kadai in slow flame
  2. Roast Semolina in fat, sprinkle milk
  3. Stir well and remove from fire
  4. Mix the semolina with roasted coconut and powdered cardamom
  5. Add a little water to sugar and make a sticky syrup
  6. Mix it well with sugar syrup and make it small even size balls
