Scrambled Egg with Coconut






Ingredients





3 nos Eggs





½ no Coconut





2 nos Red chillies





5 nos Small onions (Shallots)





2 tbsp Oil





Salt – to taste





Method





  1. Grated coconut, Grind the red chillies roughly, slice the onions
  2. Break eggs, beat it well, add coconut, onions, chillies and salt
  3. Heat oil in a fry pan, add the egg mixture
  4. As it starts setting stir it well to make scramble. Remove when cooked and serve immediately.
