Ingredients
500 gm Potatoes
100 gm Bread
1 no Onion
2 nos Green chillies
Salt to taste
50 ml Oil
Chutney
¼ Bunch Coriander leaves
1 no Onion
1 no Green chilli
1 wedge Lime
Salt to taste
Method
- Boil potatoes till done, peel and mash well
- Soak bread in a little water, squeeze out moisture
- Chop green chillies, coriander leaves and onions
- Mix together prepared ingredients and salt
- Form into balls.
- Press centre and put a small quantity of prepared chutney in centre
- Seal edges. Shapes into round and shallow fry
Chutney
- Wash and drain coriander leaves
- Grind together onions, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.
- Add lime juice to taste and mix well
