Egg Patties






Ingredients





2 nos Egg





2 nos Onion





3 nos Green chillies





3 cm Ginger





¼ Bunch Coriander leaves





Salt to taste





2 tbsp Oil





Covering





50 gm Refined flour





2 tbsp Oil





10 gm Rice flour





Salt a Pinch





Method





  1. Boil the egg and remove the shell  and chop into small pieces
  2. Chop fine the greenchillies onions, ginger and coriander leaves
  3. Saute in a small quantity of hot oil.then remove
  4. Add egg and salt
  5. Prepare a dough with flour, salt water, let it stand for at least 1 hour
  6. Knead dough well.
  7. Roll out into large chapaties, smear with fat, sprinkle a little rice flour over
  8. Fold several times. Roll out thinly; cut into square or circles
  9. Fill with prepared stuffing
  10. Turn over and seal edges with water
  11. Deep fry and serve hot.
