Chicken Pepper Fry






Ingredients





½ kg chicken





2 nos Onions





Curry leaves – a few





Salt to taste





6 tbsp Oil





For Grinding





½ tsp Turmeric powder





1 tsp Chilli powder





2 tsp Peppercorns





1 tsp cumin





3 cm Ginger





10 nos Garlic





Method





  1. Wash chicken pieces and cook ina half cup of water, adding salt and ground spices, till tender
  2. Fry chopped onions and curry leaves to oil till brown colour
  3. Add the cooked chicken and fry for five mins then sprinkle the pepper powder, mix it well.
