Ingredients
½ kg chicken
2 nos Onions
Curry leaves – a few
Salt to taste
6 tbsp Oil
For Grinding
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp Peppercorns
1 tsp cumin
3 cm Ginger
10 nos Garlic
Method
- Wash chicken pieces and cook ina half cup of water, adding salt and ground spices, till tender
- Fry chopped onions and curry leaves to oil till brown colour
- Add the cooked chicken and fry for five mins then sprinkle the pepper powder, mix it well.
