Ingredients
400 gm Chicken
6 nos Greenchillies
2 nos Garlic
5 cm Ginger
1 no Onion
1 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Peppecorns
4 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
Salt – to taste
Method
- Grind Spices and salt with vinegar
- Marinate the chicken with ground masala, set aside for a hour
- Heat oil, add the chicken and fry over slow fire
- Cook covered till chicken is tender and oil floats on top
