Chicken Fry Coorg


Ingredients





400 gm Chicken





6 nos Greenchillies





2 nos Garlic





5 cm Ginger





1 no Onion





1 tsp Cumin





2 tsp Peppecorns





4 tbsp Oil





1 tbsp Vinegar





Salt – to taste





Method





  1. Grind Spices and salt with vinegar
  2. Marinate the chicken with ground masala, set aside for a hour
  3. Heat oil, add the chicken and fry over slow fire
  4. Cook covered till chicken is tender and oil floats on top
