Ingredients
50 gm Split Bengal gram
100 ml Water
½ no Coconut
100 gm Jaggery
4 nos Cardamoms
20 ml Ghee
1 tbsp Cashew nuts
Method
- Wash the dal and cook till mashed consistency
- Add jaggery to dal cook for 10 mins
- Extract coconut milk then pour it over dal
- Cook till it thick
- Add cardamom powder and add fried cashewnuts with ghee
- Serve it hot.
