Ingredients
150 gm Cauliflower
150 gm Peas
1 no Onion
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
3 nos Tomatoes
Salt – to taste
5 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Coriander leaves ( chopped)
Method
- Wash and cut the cauliflower
- Heat oil then add the onion, fry till light brown
- Add chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Sauté it well
- Add the cauliflower and green peas, fry for 5 mins
- Put the chopped tomatoes and little water and salt
- Cook on a very slow fire till vegetables are well cooked
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
