Cauliflower and Pea Curry






Ingredients





150 gm Cauliflower





150 gm Peas





1 no Onion





1 tsp Chilli powder





1 tsp Coriander powder





½ tsp Turmeric powder





3 nos Tomatoes





Salt – to taste





5 tbsp Oil





1 tbsp Coriander leaves ( chopped)





Method





  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower
  2. Heat oil then add the onion, fry till light brown
  3. Add chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Sauté it well
  4. Add the cauliflower and green peas, fry for 5 mins
  5. Put the chopped tomatoes and little water and salt
  6. Cook on a very slow fire till vegetables are well cooked
  7. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
