Ingredients
200 gm Ladies finger
2 nos red chillies
¼ tsp Peppercorns
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
2 cm Cinnamon
Salt – to taste
Batter
2 tbsp Bengal Gram flour
Salt – a pinch
Soda Bicorbonate – a pinch
Oil – to fry
Method
- Wash and wipe the ladies finger with a cloth and slit
- Grind the chillies, Peppercorns, turmeric, cinnamon and salt
- Stuff ladies fingers with ground masala
- Prepare a thick batter with gram flour, water, salt and baking soda
- Heat oil
- Dip Ladies fingers in batter and deep fry
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper
