Besan Ladoo






Ingredients





100 gm Bengal gram flour





60 gm Ghee





100 gm Powdered Sugar





4 nos Crushed Cardamom





Method





  1. Heat ghee, add gram flour and fry
  2. Remove pan from fire and cool
  3. Add powdered sugar then mix it well
  4. Add crushed cardamoms
  5. Divided into even sized small balls with hands
