Ingredients
200 gm Potatoes
50 gm Green peas
50 gm Carrots
50 gm Beans
1/4 coconut
1 tbsp Ginger
2 nos Greenchillies
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 nos Onion
2 nos Tomatoes
1 tsp Fennel
2 nos cardamom
2 nos Cloves
1 Stick Cinnamon
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
mint leaves
Salt - to taste
50 ml Oil
Lime - few drops
Method
- Peel potatoes and cut into cubes
- Wash and dice remaining vegetables
- Heat the oil, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom then Saute onion well then add the ginger garlic paste
- add chopped tomatoes and salt then saute it well
- Add the chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and add the vegetable, mint leaves then pour water to cook vegetables
- After vegetables are boiled then add the coconut paste, check the salt then garnish with coriander leaves
- serve it with chapaties
