Vegetable khorma






Ingredients





200 gm Potatoes





50 gm Green peas





50 gm Carrots





50 gm Beans





1/4 coconut





1 tbsp Ginger





2 nos Greenchillies





2 tbsp Coriander leaves





2 nos Onion





2 nos Tomatoes





1 tsp Fennel





2 nos cardamom





2 nos Cloves





1 Stick Cinnamon





1/4 tsp turmeric powder





1/2 tsp Chilli powder





1 tbsp coriander powder





mint leaves





Salt - to taste





50 ml Oil





Lime - few drops





Method





  1. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes








  1. Wash and dice remaining vegetables
  2. Heat the oil, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom then Saute onion well then add the ginger garlic paste




















  1. add chopped tomatoes and salt then saute it well








  1. Add the chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and add the vegetable, mint leaves then pour water to cook vegetables












  1. After vegetables are boiled then add the coconut paste, check the salt then garnish with coriander leaves
















  1. serve it with chapaties
